American Computer Science League
Designed to be a challenging, logic based competition, ACSL allows students in elementary, middle, and high school to tackle computer science concepts and expand their programming knowledge. At COLORADO ACSL, our high-school mentors will prepare students for ACSL programming concepts including recursion, pre/post/infix notation, bit string flicking, data structures, and more. Furthermore, our mentors will guide students through how to tackle the allotted 72 hour logic and programming portion of the context. There are 4 ACSL contests per year (a written portion and a programming/logic portion). At the end, if an individual team scores high enough, they may be invited to the ACSL All Star Competition.
No experience in coding is necessary to compete. |
